What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: “I like reaching for these when the forecast calls for cold lifts and deep snow. The insulation keeps me warm without feeling bulky, and the Dry.Q laminate blocks wind and wet snow during long chairlift rides. The thigh vents help regulate heat when I’m working harder on moguls or hiking a side stash, and the adjustable waist makes dialing in the fit with layers super easy.”When winter storms roll in and the lifts keep spinning, we zip into the Firefall Pant from Mountain Hardwear and chase powder from first chair to last run. Built for long days at the resort, these insulated snow pants keep us warm through cold chairlift rides while staying dry when the snow stacks deep. Durable nylon construction handles daily laps, tree runs, and the occasional tumble without flinching.Under the surface, the Dry.Q 2-layer waterproof laminate seals out snow and wind while maintaining breathable comfort as we pick up speed down the fall line. Lightweight Thermal.Q insulation adds warmth without bulky weight, while inner-thigh vents help us cool off after a fast lap through the bumps. Adjustable waist tabs and integrated gaiters keep snow from sneaking in, so we stay focused on the ride instead of the weather.
