Please remove the protective film on the display. Disinfect the probe with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol before using.
If used for oral measurement, please place it near one of the heat pockets and keep the mouth closed while measuring. (please read user manual)
Before using, it is recommended to NOT drink, smoke or exercise for at least thirty minutes prior to doing a measurement and no talking or walking during measuring, as it may cause inaccurate reading.
