Powder days and mid-season cold blasts call for a jacket like the Mountain Hardwear Powder Maven Down Jacket. Featuring a 2-layer DryQ membrane and loaded with 650-fill power RDS-certified down insulation, it covers us from anything the mountain has to throw at us. The helmet-compatible, adjustable hood ensures we stay covered when shredding, and the underarm zippered vents allow us to dump excess heat when it starts to warm up.
