Pour desired amount of warm water (approx. 100 degrees F/40 degrees C) into clean bottle (see chart below)
Cap bottle and shake well until powder is dissolved. Feed immediately. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard

4 fl oz bottle: Water 4 fl oz; Powder, use enclosed scoop: 2 unpacked level scoops (17.6 g)
8 fl oz bottle: Water 8 fl oz; Powder, use enclosed scoop: 4 unpacked level scoop (35.2 g)
use within 24 hours.
