WHAT IT IS:
A mild-to-moderate in-shower exfoliating brick for body. Powered by superfine mineral-derived microcrystals compressed within a moisturizing, soothing base for a tug-free glide against skin. This version of Buffing Bar contains fewer microcrystals (only in the orange bits), offering a milder grade of exfoliation.
SKIN TYPE:
For all skin types, except those sensitive to physical exfoliants.
SKIN CONCERN:
- Dry, rough patches on elbows and knees.
- Bumps, keratosis pilaris (KP) on backs of arms, thighs and legs.
- Ingrown hair prevention/maintenance on bikini line and underarms.
- Strawberry skin on legs.
- Removing stubborn sunscreen and deodorant residue.
- Self-tan prep and removal.
- Soft skin maintenance.
WHAT IT DOES:
Formulated to polish uneven texture on targeted areas of the body, this scrub sloughs away dead skin buildup and excess keratin, addressing rough patches, bumps, keratosis pilaris (KP), strawberry skin and ingrown hair. Softer, smoother skin is revealed with each use, also allowing other treatments and moisturizers to more easily absorb and perform.
KEY INGREDIENTS:
- Magnesium Oxide & Alumina: Mineral-derived microcrystals that polish away dead skin buildup and uneven texture.
- Glycerin & Aloe: Attract and bind hydration within skin.
- Shea Butter: Moisturizes and softens skin.
HOW TO USE IT:
- Use in the shower on clean, wet skin, as frequently as desired (or as tolerated by skin).
- Wet the bar and gently glide in small, circular motions on parts of your body you wish to smooth.
- Avoid use on active acne and sunburned, broken or otherwise irritated skin.
- Adjust the intensity to your comfort. Use firmer pressure on rough spots like heels and elbows, but be gentle on sensitive areas of your body.
- Rinse, pat dry and moisturize.
- Pair with Smoothing Solution and Carea Cream (both sold separately) for optimal smoothing results.
