What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"Dialed fit and pro-level stiffness make the RC502 a go-to when I'm logging big road miles. The BOA® system keeps my foot perfectly secure, and the carbon-reinforced sole delivers explosive power with every pedal stroke. I love the glove-like feel, breathability, and premium build—ideal for long rides when both comfort and performance matter most."We pedal further when we trust our gear, and the RC502 from Shimano shows why. Designed with pro-racing DNA, this shoe is our pick when we want efficiency and comfort for all-day road adventures. Shimano’s seamless upper construction, advanced mesh, and precision fit from the BOA® L6 dial define the experience from the first crank to the last climb.Every ride in the RC502 feels dialed in, thanks to a lightweight, supple synthetic leather and mesh upper that wraps the foot for a supportive, breathable fit. The carbon-reinforced nylon midsole provides ample stiffness for maximum power transfer, while the low stack height adds stability and pedaling efficiency. Fine-tuned for long spins or race-day sprints, Shimano’s Dynalast technology is engineered to reduce hot spots, support the arch, and make every pedal stroke feel smooth.
