What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:“These are my everyday boardshorts—lightweight, super fast-drying, and they stretch just enough without ever getting saggy. I’ve surfed in them, hiked to hidden swimming holes, and lounged all day. They hold up to everything.”From dawn patrol sessions to weekend lake hangs, the Mirage Core Board Short keeps our vibe high and our comfort dialed. Rip Curl built these shorts to handle heavy swell and casual lounging alike, giving us all-day wearability without sacrificing performance in or out of the water.Made from recycled Mirage Core fabric, the stretch construction moves with us as we paddle, sprint, or cruise the boardwalk. A water-repellent treatment and hydrophobic quick-dry finish keep us feeling dry soon after stepping onto shore. The secure zip pocket stashes a key or card, and the lay-flat waistband sits comfortably under a rashguard or tee. When it comes to our go-to surf trunks, we trust the Mirage Core for function, durability, and style that never gets old.
