What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"These are my go-to shorts for summer bike commutes, beach days, and even quick surf sessions. The Jackson Boardwalk looks sharp enough for town but dries insanely fast, so I never worry about staying wet after a swim. The mesh pockets and side zip pocket are surprisingly functional too."From sunrise surf checks to late afternoon hangs, the Boardwalk Jackson Hybrid Short lets us flow through every summer moment without missing a beat. Rip Curl builds this hybrid with a stretch poly-cotton blend that feels laid-back but performs with purpose, thanks to hydrophobic quick-dry tech and a DWR finish. Its standard fit gives us comfort that doesn’t restrict movement, while mesh-lined pockets and a secure zippered stash spot keep our keys and cards in place whether we're on the boardwalk or bike path. Designed for effortless transitions between surf, street, and trail, this is a warm-weather staple we reach for daily.
