Bon Appétit knives bring classic French bistro style to the table with riveted wood handles and sharp, smooth (non-serrated) stainless steel blades that slice steak, roasts and vegetables cleanly instead of tearing them. Each blade is 4.3 inches (11 cm) of martensitic stainless steel, and each handle is 4.3 inches of PEFC-certified hornbeam from eco-managed forests in France's Jura and Vercors regions, varnished to protect it from moisture and dirt.
