Whether battling gusts on a ridgeline or getting winded on steep ascents, this lightweight layer keeps you from getting swept away by forces of nature. It's super soft, quiet, and cuts through the wind without weighing you down. The laminated brim and halo cinch keep your hood in place, and it includes hand pockets that are perfect for fending your hands when the chill picks up. Stuff it into its chest pocket and clip it to your pack when the air loses its bite, and you can forget it’s there until the next breezy-but-not-easy byway.
