What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I use these pants for cold chairlift days and nonstop resort laps. The insulation hits the sweet spot for warmth without feeling bulky, and the Dry.Q shell shrugs off snow during storms and spring slush alike. The vents dump heat fast, and the articulated fit keeps things comfortable whether I’m carving groomers or lapping the park." From early rope drops on storm mornings to sunny afternoon groomer laps, the Firefall Insulated Pant from Mountain Hardwear keeps us warm, dry, and moving freely all day long. Designed for in-bounds riding, this pant balances dependable weather protection with a clean, modern fit that works just as well in the park as it does chasing powder stashes. The 2-layer Dry.Q shell blocks wind and snow while staying breathable, and mapped 60g synthetic insulation delivers warmth where it matters most without overheating. Inner thigh vents help regulate temperature on high-output runs, while articulated knees maintain natural mobility in aggressive riding positions. Finished with durable CORDURA kick patches, secure pockets, and an internal snow gaiter, this pant is built to handle full resort seasons without missing a day.
