What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: “I like these when I want one pair of shorts to handle a full day without feeling technical or restrictive. They stretch when pedaling or hiking, breathe well in the heat, and still look clean enough to wear straight to errands or lunch.”Some days don’t fit neatly into a single category, and the Escapade Shorts are built for exactly that kind of schedule. Designed by Mons Royale for movement beyond the ride, these shorts work just as well on a casual trail spin as they do on tool time, travel days, or spontaneous stops around town. They’re easy to throw on in the morning and comfortable enough that we don’t think about changing all day.A merino wool and organic cotton ripstop blend keeps things breathable while adding durability and natural odor resistance. Integrated stretch supports movement without sagging, and the relaxed fit balances comfort with a clean silhouette. Thoughtful details like a magnetic buckle belt, storage pockets, and a roll-up cuff with internal snap make the Escapade Shorts adaptable as conditions and plans change.
