What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I wear the Cascade Merino Flex 200 Long-Sleeve Top on most ski days because it balances warmth and breathability better than many baselayers I’ve tried. The merino feels great against the skin, and the added stretch keeps it moving with me when I’m bootpacking or transitioning. The thumbholes are clutch for clean layering—they keep sleeves from riding up under midlayers."We trust the Mons Royale Cascade Merino Flex 200 Long-Sleeve Top as our starting layer when the day demands dependable warmth and mobility. Mons Royale’s Merino Flex 200 fabric blends temperature-regulating merino wool with synthetic stretch, giving us a soft next-to-skin feel that keeps pace on both high-output climbs and cold, windy descents.A slim fit and classic crewneck make this layer easy to pair with fleeces, shells, and puffies, while thumbholes keep sleeves locked in place as we adjust gear or peel layers throughout the day. Whether we’re chasing fresh snow, climbing in crisp fall air, or exploring winter trails, this midweight layer keeps comfort at the core of every adventure.
