What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"The Tungsten 3P is the tent I reach for when the whole crew is coming along. Zone construction pushes the walls vertical so all 41 square feet of floor space is genuinely livable, and two doors mean everyone gets in and out on their own terms. The footprint ships in the box, the fly handles serious weather, and the color-coded setup goes fast enough that you're around the fire well before dark. It's a legitimately great group shelter."A great group tent makes the whole trip better, and Marmot's Tungsten 3P earns that role fast. Zone construction pushes the walls out vertical so all 41 square feet of floor space is genuinely usable, with enough peak height that sitting up and getting dressed in the morning feels civilized rather than athletic. Two D-shaped doors give everyone independent access, and the vestibules offer generous covered storage for the whole group's gear outside the sleeping area. The 1800mm-rated fly and taped seams keep things dry and comfortable through real weather, and a Lamp Shade pocket turns a headlamp into warm ambient light for the whole interior. Color-coded clips and poles make setup straightforward after a long day on trail, and the included footprint means floor protection is already handled before you leave the house.
