Bring powerful outdoor frying to campsites, tailgates, patios, and backyard cookouts with the Hike Crew Outdoor Propane Deep Fryer. Designed for high-output cooking, this propane deep fryer delivers up to 57,000 BTU and holds up to 3.44 gallons of oil, giving you the capacity needed to prepare generous batches of chicken, fries, shrimp, fish, and other fried favorites. A horizontal rear-burner system channels hot air through the unit before venting from the rear, helping the oil heat evenly and reach the recommended 325degree(s)F to 350degree(s)F frying range in under 10 minutes. The weatherproof push-button ignition allows quick startup without matches, while the built-in color-coded thermometer makes it easy to monitor oil temperature and adjust heat using the flame regulator valve. A large stainless steel fry basket with a cool-touch handle gives you room to safely load, fry, lift, and serve substantial portions. For easier cleanup and seasonal storage, the built-in drain lever and flexible hose help empty used oil with less mess. This outdoor deep fryer connects to a standard 20-pound propane cylinder, sold separately, and includes a CSA-approved gas regulator for dependable outdoor operation. Assembly is straightforward with included hardware, an Allen wrench, clear body markings, and an illustrated manual. The fryer can also be customized with an optional side shelf or wheel assembly, each sold separately, allowing you to expand your outdoor cooking setup with added workspace or mobility as needed.
