Prepare multiple foods at once for large gatherings with the Hike Crew Outdoor Propane Deep Fryer, a high-capacity outdoor frying station built with a 7.44-gallon oil capacity and three stainless steel fry baskets. Delivering up to 57,000 BTU, this propane deep fryer is designed for camping trips, tailgates, backyard cookouts, parties, and other occasions where you need to cook substantial amounts of food efficiently. Its horizontal rear-burner system channels heated air through the unit before venting from the rear, helping provide faster, more even heating than a standard bottom-burner design. The oil reaches the recommended 325degree(s)F to 350degree(s)F frying range in under 25 minutes, while the weatherproof push-button ignition provides convenient startup without matches or lighters. Three stainless steel baskets with cool-touch handles allow you to fry chicken, fish, fries, onion rings, shrimp, wings, hushpuppies, and other favorites side by side so guests can be served with less waiting between batches. The built-in color-coded thermometer gives you a clear view of oil temperature, and the adjustable flame regulator valve lets you fine-tune heat for consistent cooking. Cleanup and storage are simplified with a built-in drain lever and flexible hose for removing oil with less mess. The fryer includes a CSA-approved gas regulator and hose and connects to a standard 20-pound propane cylinder, sold separately. Assembly is straightforward with included hardware, an Allen wrench, clear body markings, and an illustrated manual, while optional side shelf and wheel accessories, sold separately, allow further customization.
