What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I really like the Juniper 3.0 because it does everything well—warm insulation, a solid waterproof shell, and tons of vents for when I heat up. The Life Pocket is actually super handy for keeping my phone alive in the cold, and the zip-off powder skirt makes it just as good in town as it is on the hill."The Helly Hansen Juniper 3.0 Jacket is our go-to when we want a ski shell that works as hard in storm cycles as it does around town. Built with Helly Tech Performance and fully sealed seams, it offers waterproof, breathable protection that keeps us dry through wet snow and blustery lift rides. Primaloft Black insulation delivers targeted warmth—heavier in the body for core comfort and lighter in the sleeves for mobility—so we can ride comfortably without feeling weighed down.Helly Hansen didn’t stop at weatherproofing. The Juniper 3.0 integrates an H2Flow ventilation system to regulate temperature on long laps and side hikes, plus articulated sleeves and 2-way stretch fabric for freedom of movement in tight trees. A removable, helmet-compatible hood shields against stormy gusts, while the zip-off powder skirt adapts the jacket for off-mountain wear. Add in a Life Pocket to keep phone batteries alive in the cold and a suite of well-placed pockets for passes, goggles, and essentials, and we’ve got a jacket built for all-day versatility.
