Firm: With the edge of the index fingers, massage cream downward over the sides of the nose; smooth toward the outside of the face to the ears, still using the edge of the index fingers
Lift: Slide the palms of your hands flat along each side of the jaw, starting from the bottom of the chin and moving toward the ears; end with external smoothing strokes over the crow's feet area with the fingertips
