What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I've been wearing the GOREWEAR R3 GORE-TEX INFINIUM Jacket on my longer trail runs where the weather has a tendency to shift without much warning. The stretch panels give it a freedom of movement that most windproof jackets just don't have, and the stretchable cuff inserts are a genuinely thoughtful detail that keep my sleeves exactly where I want them without blocking my GPS watch."The kind of run that starts under a clear sky and ends in a headwind with sideways drizzle is exactly the run the GOREWEAR R3 GORE-TEX INFINIUM Jacket was made for. Designed for days when the forecast is more suggestion than promise, this jacket delivers windproof and water-resistant protection without asking you to sacrifice breathability or range of motion to get it. GOREWEAR built it specifically for runners who don't let conditions make their decisions for them.GORE-TEX INFINIUM technology with GORE WINDSTOPPER sits at the core of the construction, delivering total windproofing and extreme breathability across the zones where you need it most. Stretch fabric panels are placed strategically to move with your stride rather than against it, and the seamless shoulder construction eliminates the pressure point that makes most jackets uncomfortable when worn with a hydro vest or running pack. The stretchable cuff inserts keep sleeves locked in place through the full arm swing without covering your GPS watch, and an adjustable hem drawcord lets you dial the fit depending on conditions and pace.
