HOW TO USE IT
1. Before each use, shake the bottle and mix the oil phase with the water-based phase. 2. Soak a cotton pad with the makeup remover, then cleanse the eyelids, lashes, and lips. Then, carefully swipe to remove makeup. 3. Repeat until all makeup is removed.
