What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve been running technical trails in the Fuji Lite 6 and love how light and agile it feels. The FF BLAST PLUS cushioning gives me just enough softness without slowing me down, and the ASICSGRIP outsole holds tight on everything from loose gravel to wet roots. It’s my go-to for speed on sketchy terrain."The Fuji Lite 6 Trail Running Shoe is built for those of us who thrive on fast, focused movement through unpredictable terrain. ASICS designed this agile trail runner to offer precision control, secure fit, and grippy traction—all without adding weight. Whether we're logging early morning miles or tackling weekend vertical, the Fuji Lite 6 delivers the confidence to run fast and surefooted.FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning in the midsole creates a cloudlike yet responsive ride that helps us stay light on our feet across variable surfaces. The breathable, engineered mesh upper hugs the foot without pressure points, and an integrated lace band keeps things tidy when we're hammering downhill. The ASICSGRIP™ outsole with 4mm lugs gives us bite on technical trails, while a modified eyestay and midfoot wrap improve lockdown for stability when the pace picks up.
