What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve raced ultras in this shoe, and the efficiency is unreal. The retuned Lightstrike Pro feels softer and bouncier without losing snap, and the Energy Rods plus rocker geometry keep turnover smooth when fatigue sets in. The updated mono mesh upper fits more comfortably over long miles, and the Continental outsole grips confidently on dry and damp trail. It’s my go-to when speed over distance matters."When the start line hums and the miles stretch deep into the mountains, we lace up the Terrex Agravic Speed Ultra 2 to chase podiums and personal bests. Adidas TERREX refined a proven race platform, giving us the confidence to push pace across smooth singletrack and endless fireroad climbs.A full-length Lightstrike Pro midsole—retuned to be softer and more responsive—delivers high energy return with better long-haul comfort. Embedded TPE Energy Rods and a dynamic rocker geometry work together to create efficient forward roll and optimal stiffness, helping us maintain top speed with less wasted effort. Up top, the semi-transparent mono mesh conforms for a dialed fit while seamless TPU overlays add structure without excess weight. Underfoot, the updated Continental rubber outsole with 3mm and 4mm lugs bites into wet and dry terrain alike, making this a true weapon for ultra-distance trail racing.
