Slice homemade bread into perfectly uniform portions with the Zassenhaus Vintage Bread Slicer. The premium expression of the Zassenhaus manual bread slicer lineup, the Vintage model features a 7.4-inch ultra-sharp stainless steel circular blade with a special serrated edge made in Solingen, Germany — slicing cleanly through every bread type from crusty sourdough to soft enriched loaves without crushing or tearing. A built-in slice guide supports each slice as it clears the blade, keeping it upright and stable for cleaner results and a safer slicing experience. Six suction feet anchor the slicer to any countertop with rock-solid stability, an integrated crumb tray catches fallout below the blade for easy cleanup, and the foldable base plate collapses for compact storage when not in use. Infinitely adjustable slice thickness up to 0.7 inches — from thin sandwich slices to thick toast — with no electricity, no noise, and no mess. At 11.75" x 8". Hand wash only. Designed in Germany by Zassenhaus.
