Preparation Instructions: Loose Tea: Pour fresh water heated to the ideal temperature over loose-leaf tea in an infuser or teapot, let it steep covered for 3 to 5 minutes to allow the leaves to fully unfurl, and strain completely before serving to prevent over-steeped bitterness. Hot Cocoa: Measure 4 heaped teaspoons into a mug, pour in 6 to 8 ounces of gently steaming hot milk or milk alternative, and whisk vigorously until the premium cocoa is completely dissolved and beautifully smooth. Coffee: Pour fresh water heated just off a boil over your ground coffee in a French press or drip cone, let it brew for 4 minutes to extract the rich flavors, and strain or filter completely to ensure a clean, smooth cup.
