For the best fit, we recommend choosing your usual size if you want that locked-in compression feel; if you prefer a little less hold or are between sizes, some shoppers prefer sizing up. Break-In & Durability There is little to no break-in feel here. Customers say it is comfortable from the start, holds its shape well through repeated wear, and continues to perform as a dependable base layer over time. To keep it feeling fresh for frequent training or all-day wear, wash promptly after use and follow the care label for best long-term performance."
