HOW TO USE IT
Apply at the outer corner, moving toward the inner corner of the eye. Blend out with Smokey Eye Brush 14 (sold separately). Diffuse and intensify with appropriate eyeshadow using Smokey Eye Brush 14 (sold separately) on the top and lower lash line. All shades can also be worn in the waterline.
