What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:“I’ve worn the Basin Pro Pant on everything from dusty switchbacks to breezy ridge scrambles. The stretch and articulated knees keep me moving freely, and the FlashDry™ tech means I don’t stay soggy after tough climbs. It’s my go-to for warm-weather hiking.”Built for rugged trails and variable terrain, The North Face Basin Pro Pant is ready to move with us from the foothills to the summit. Its lightweight, four-way stretch fabric keeps pace as we hike, scramble, and cruise through long days outside. Designed with moisture-managing FlashDry™ technology and a water-repellent finish, these pants work hard to keep us dry and comfortable in fluctuating conditions. The articulated knees and gusseted crotch deliver reliable mobility, while overlays on the seat and knees boost durability where it counts. The integrated webbing belt provides a secure fit without a pack waistband getting in the way, and the drawcord-adjustable hems let us cinch tight for stream crossings or rocky sections. Finished with strategic pockets—some zippered, some drop-in—for gear and essentials, the Basin Pro Pant is a true performer in the field.
