What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve worn this on rainy walks and a few gusty ridge days, and the DRYVENT fabric really does its job. It blocks wind better than I expected, and the relaxed fit makes it easy to layer. The hood adjusts cleanly, which is something a lot of lightweight shells don’t get right."The Antora Rain Hooded Jacket from The North Face steps in when the weather turns and plans still need to move forward. Whether we're navigating a wet commute, heading out for a quick loop between showers, or dealing with a surprise downpour on the trail, the waterproof DRYVENT™ shell keeps us dry without feeling stuffy. Its relaxed fit makes it easy to throw over whatever we’re already wearing, so we don’t hesitate when the clouds build. As the rain settles in, small details make a big difference—an adjustable three-piece hood that stays put in steady wind, covered hand pockets that keep essentials dry, and elastic cuffs that keep water from sneaking in. The recycled polyester construction and non-PFC DWR finish offer reliable protection that aligns with sustainable design, while the drop-tail hem adds welcome coverage when we’re on the move. Packed or worn all day, the Antora stays ready for the next shift in the sky.
