Reliable Cushioning and a Proven Last for Everyday Stability
The Echelon has always been about proven, well-trusted comfort and stability, and the 11th iteration continues this trend. The newest Echelon version doesn't stray too far from its predecessors, relying on a stack of PWRRUN cushioning underfoot and a straight-last design for optimal comfort. However, while previous Echelon fans will enjoy the shoe's consistency and dependability, there are a few new upgrades for an improved overall running or walking experience.
First, the PWRRUN foam has been reformulated, offering a softer underfoot feel perfect for casual strolls or easy miles. There's also more foam underfoot than ever before for maximum protection and shock absorption.
The mesh upper also saw some updates. The breathable mesh was redesigned, featuring streamlined structure and support around the foot to keep everything aligned and locked in place. This works alongside the straight last and broad base to deliver inherent support as you walk or run.
The wide last ensures plenty of space and volume around the feet, while the non-gussetted tongue creates a more accommodating fit to reduce any discomfort or pressure. Overall, the Echelon 11 blends modern upgrades with proven, established technology to deliver cushioning, stability, and comfort during any activity.
