Size & Fit Guidance The Endorphin Speed 5 fits true to size for most runners, with a secure, well-locked-down upper and ample room in the toe box. For the best fit, runners with wider feet may prefer sizing up half a size, and those who like extra toe room may find a half size up adds welcome comfort over longer distances. Best For Built for runners who need a versatile trainer that shines on tempo and speed sessions while still holding up strong on recovery runs, long-distance efforts, and cross-training workouts. Cushioning & Road Feel PWRRUN PB foam delivers a uniquely snappy, energized sensation underfoot — firm enough to feel responsive at race pace, yet cushioned enough to stay comfortable mile after mile. The full-length longitudinal groove and SPEEDROLL geometry work together for a smooth, efficient heel-to-toe transition on roads and tracks alike. Break-In & Durability The foam settles into a more responsive, dialed-in feel after the first few sessions, with many runners noting the ride improves noticeably around 30 to 50 miles. Long-term durability is a standout — multiple runners have logged 200 to 900+ miles while the shoe maintains its structure, bounce, and outsole integrity. Care & Maintenance Remove the insole and allow both the shoe and insole to air dry after each run. Spot clean the mesh upper with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing to preserve foam performance and upper structure.
