The Ralph Lauren Baby Boys Striped Jersey Short Set in Green is a coordinated two-piece from Ralph Lauren Kids, comprising a striped jersey top and matching shorts in a Faded Mint and Old Royal colourway — a soft mint green and navy stripe combination that's fresh, easy to wear, and distinctly Ralph Lauren. Available in sizes 3 months through to 24 months, this is a designer baby boys' set built for comfort-first dressing without sacrificing a put-together look.
Jersey cotton is one of the most practical fabric choices for babies — it's soft against sensitive skin, stretches with movement, and washes well. The stripe pattern is classic and clean, and the mint/navy colourway works well for everyday wear, gifting, and relaxed family occasions. Tagged under Ralph Lauren Kids' Loungewear and Gift Sets collections, it's designed to be as comfortable at home as it is out and about. Also part of the Sibling Style collection if you're coordinating with an older sibling's outfit. Manufactured in India to Ralph Lauren's production standards.
Practical Buying Advice
Fit: Jersey short sets for babies are typically cut with a comfortable, relaxed fit to allow for nappy bulk and free movement. Ralph Lauren baby sizing runs true to age in most cases — if your baby is between sizes or on the larger side, sizing up is the safer choice.
Care: Jersey cotton is machine-washable and generally easy to care for. Wash on a cool or warm cycle and tumble dry on low. The stripe print should hold well through regular washing — always check the care label for the manufacturer's specific guidance.
Nappy-friendly: Check that the shorts have a comfortable waistband with enough give for nappy wear — jersey elasticated waistbands are standard on baby shorts sets and should accommodate both slim and bulkier nappy fits.
Gifting: At £110 for a baby short set, this is a considered gift rather than an everyday purchase. The presentation and brand recognition make it a popular choice for new baby gifts, christenings, or first birthdays.
