The ProOPTIC 43mm Multi Coated UV Ultra Violet Slim Filter absorbs the ultraviolet rays which often makes outdoor photographs hazy and indistinct. In film days UV filters were a multi-purpose filter for color as well as black and white emulsions. In our digital world, it assures lens security without influencing critical color balance through tint contamination. The slim rim eliminates the intruding vignette that thicker framed filters cause. Leave it permanently on your lens to act as a constant protector. Pro Optic Pro Digital Multi Coated Filters are renowned for their ability to minimize reflection and reduces flare and ghosting. The result is an average light transmission of over 97%, giving sharp contrast and well balanced color. Pro Optic Pro Digital Multi Coated filters are recommended for enhancing the performance of today's multicoated lenses..
