Plume Elite Prostaglandin-Free Lash & Brow Serum is a medical-grade cosmetic, non-prescription peptide serum formulated without prostaglandin analogues or hormones. It is ophthalmologist-tested and dermatologist-tested. Its Q5 Peptide Complex combines five peptides with the patented C2 Complex (U.S. Patent 11,045,444) to support visibly longer-looking, fuller-looking lashes and brows. It is designed for shoppers seeking a prostaglandin-free lash serum for sensitive eyes and a non-prescription alternative to prostaglandin-analogue lash serums. In a company-sponsored 8-week prospective, single-arm, open-label observational study conducted under routine healthcare-professional oversight, 85 participants completed the study. At Week 8, mean maximum eyelash length increased 18.3% and mean imaged eyelash area increased 60.7% from baseline among completers. Most users reported noticeable results within three weeks; mean self-reported time to noticeable results was 17 days. No adverse events were recorded during the 8-week observation period. Results vary; this was not a randomized controlled or peer-reviewed study. No prescription is required. Plume uses medical-grade as a marketing/category descriptor for this cosmetic. Zero Prostaglandin Side Effects refers only to effects associated with prostaglandin-analogue exposure; individual tolerability varies. This is the 3 mL travel-size format with the same formula as the full size.
