Ultralight, ultra-durable, and ultra-functional, the Outdoor Research Helium AscentShell Jacket has it all. The highly breathable construction means there's no need for the added weight and bulk of vents, while the 3-layer build shields us from whipping winds and puking powder. To keep the elements from blowing in, we adjust the cuffs and cinch the hood and hem tight. We move and operate unrestricted thanks to the underarm panels giving our shoulders full reach without lifting the hem, and the harness-friendly details giving us full access to our gear both inside and outside the pockets.
