HOW TO USE:
With ORLY Nail Lacquer: Apply ORLY bonder base coat to clean nails followed by 2 coats of ORLY nail lacquer. Apply 1 coat of shining armor top coat and let dry.
With Gel: Apply one coat to your gel manicure to restore that just left the salon shine.
