The streamlined design pairs a breathable upper with a grounded feel underfoot, giving this workout favorite the versatility to handle everything from gym sessions to active everyday wear.Breathable upper helps keep training sessions feeling coolerStable platform supports controlled lifts and lateral movementFlex grooves in the outsole promote more natural movementHeel and tongue pull tabs help make on-and-off easier Size & Fit GuidanceFor the best fit, most reviewers suggest starting with your regular size. The one-piece upper creates a snug, sock-like feel through the midfoot, while the forefoot has a roomier feel than some earlier Metcon versions, so shoppers between sizes can choose based on whether they prefer a closer lockdown or a little extra length. Best ForBest for strength training, HIIT, circuit work, CrossFit-style sessions, and light cardio or walking. Styling & VersatilityThe clean, athletic build looks right at home beyond the gym, and many reviewers wear it for walking, work, and everyday routines. It delivers training-ready support with a versatile look that fits a full day. Break-In & DurabilityComfort shows up early for many wearers, and the upper tends to feel more natural after a few sessions as it molds to your foot. For the best experience, keep it in your rotation for lifting, classes, and shorter cardio efforts rather than using it as your primary long-distance running shoe."
