HOW TO USE IT
Use daily to remove makeup and cleanse the eye and lip contour area. Shake bottle to blend the two phases. Apply a small amount to a cotton pad and apply to the eye and lip area. Remove mascara with gentle movements from the base of the eyelashes to the tip. No need to rinse.
