WHAT IT IS:
An advanced makeup-skincare hybrid formula that illuminates the under-eye area by targeting dark circles and dullness for 24-hour brightness.
WHAT IT DOES:
Light Reflecting Eye Brightener illuminates and invigorates the under-eye area for an instantly awakened look with brightness that lasts up to 24 hours. Advanced makeup-skincare hybrid gives the illusion of a dramatic lift by targeting dark circles and dullness. Creamy, crease-resistant texture glides on sheer, buildable coverage. Long-wearing formula imparts a naturally luminous effect while skin-loving ingredients help improve skin elasticity, strengthen skin barrier and lock in moisture.

- Bidens Pilosa Extract: The botanical ingredient is known for its anti-aging benefits, including improving skin elasticity and strengthening skin barrier.
