Compared with the M4, the M11 adds stronger 2 mm front uprights, a finer 34-hole adjustment system, a higher front pulley for a fuller range of motion, a rear storage tube for attachment organization, improved spacing around the Smith bar and weight storage, and higher top lock positions that keep the bar farther out of the way between sets.
