What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "I like this boot for cold days when I want warmth and convenience without feeling bulky. The zipper makes it incredibly easy to slip on and off, and the faux fur lining keeps my feet comfortable during winter walks. It feels stable underfoot and grips well on slick sidewalks." We step into the Encore Ice 5 Mid Zip Boot when winter days call for comfort, warmth, and effortless style. Merrell updated this cold-weather favorite to make everyday outings easier, wrapping our feet in soft insulation while maintaining a clean, go-anywhere look that works just as well around town as it does on neighborhood walks.Waterproof leather helps block out slush and snow, while plush faux fur and fleece lining create a cozy feel that lasts all day. Underfoot, cushioned support and a stabilizing shank keep each step comfortable, and the sticky rubber outsole grips confidently on winter surfaces. Finished with a convenient side zipper, this boot proves that cold-weather footwear can be practical, comfortable, and easy to live in.
