What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I like this parka for cold, wet winter days when I want real protection without feeling fragile. It’s warm without being overly heavy, blocks wind and snow well, and the longer cut makes a big difference when temps drop."When winter nights get cold and stormy, we zip into the Mammoth Parka and head out without hesitation. Built by Marmot with a bold, oversized silhouette, this parka blends classic alpine style with modern, city-ready performance. Whether we’re walking snowy streets or waiting out frigid temperatures, it delivers dependable warmth and weather protection that feels made for deep winter.Waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX fabric and fully taped seams seal out rain and snow, while 700-fill-power down insulation in the body and hood keeps heat locked in when temperatures fall. Thoughtful details like a powder skirt, adjustable cuffs, and drawcord waist help block drafts, and the DriClime-lined chin guard adds next-to-skin comfort. With secure handwarmer and media pockets for daily essentials, the Mammoth Parka is built to handle winter at its worst while keeping us comfortable every step of the way.
