Using the Gua Sha: Start from the center of your face and gently scrape outward; use the small divot on the nose bridge, between brows and jawline; use the larger edges on cheeks and forehead
Using the Facial Roller: Roll in an upward and outward motion; use the larger roller for cheeks, forehead and neck; use the smaller roller for under the eyes and around the nose
