Pasta Fresca is the ideal tool for mixing 500 grams of flour and 250 grams of liquid together in just 3 minutes and obtaining a medium-density, elastic, smooth mixture, as if it were made by hand.
The mixer is equipped with 3 accessories to make lasagne, fettuccine and tagliolini.
Disassemble and let sit out for a few hours and then clean off remaining dough residue with a dry-cleaning brush. The machine and attachments are not dishwasher safe.
