What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I have been wearing the Crag Winter Tights for cold crag days and winter trail runs, and they genuinely do both well. The brushed fleece interior is noticeably warmer than a standard tight without feeling heavy or restrictive, and the gusseted inseam means I can step high on the wall or into a lunge on the trail without any pulling."Cold temperatures should not limit the range of motion that climbing and hiking demand, and the Mammut Crag Winter Tights were built with that exact problem in mind. The brushed fleece interior adds real warmth without bulk, making them a genuine cold-season alternative to standard tights that leave you reaching for another layer before you even start moving. The recycled polyester and spandex blend delivers the kind of four-way stretch that keeps up with dynamic movement on the wall or unpredictable footwork on a rocky trail.A gusseted inseam reinforces freedom of movement through the most demanding positions, while quick-drying properties pull moisture away and keep things comfortable as effort builds. The wide elasticated waistband sits high and stays put through movement, with a drawstring for fine-tuning the fit. A leg pocket handles a phone securely on the approach, and a concealed waistband pocket tucks a key or card out of the way without creating any bulk. Bluesign approved and built from recycled content, the Crag Winter Tights bring Mammut's technical sensibility to the cold-season bottom layer question with a clear and confident answer.
