What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"This jacket has become my favorite for alpine layering—800-fill down warmth without the weight or bulk. I stash it in my pack on ski tours or throw it on for cold belays. The harness-compatible pockets are a smart touch, and it compresses easily into the stow pocket."When cold weather and high altitudes demand dependable insulation, the Broad Peak IN Hooded Jacket rises to the occasion. Mammut packs this alpine specialist with 800-fill power down for serious warmth without compromise. Whether we’re skinning through sub-zero mornings, leading winter pitches, or waiting out gusts at the summit, it keeps us warm without slowing us down.Made with a lightweight yet weather-resistant Pertex® Quantum shell and responsibly sourced down, this piece delivers a stellar warmth-to-weight ratio and easily stows into its own pocket. Climbing- and harness-compatible features like two high-set front pockets and a snug hood make this jacket a go-to for technical pursuits. Low-profile and packable, the Broad Peak IN is built to handle serious mountain missions.
