What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: “I wear these whenever it’s hot and I want to feel unencumbered. They’re insanely light, dry fast after hard efforts, and never cling, even on long climbs. The drawstring keeps the fit dialed, and the zippered back pocket is perfect for a key or gel without bounce.” When the pace picks up and the temperatures rise, we pull on the Aenergy TR Short to keep things simple and fast. Designed by Mammut for runners who count every gram, these shorts feel almost invisible, letting us focus on the trail ahead instead of what we’re wearing. The airy, quick-drying fabric keeps airflow moving on hot training days while 2-way stretch allows unrestricted strides on steep climbs and technical descents. An adjustable drawstring waist fine-tunes the fit, reflective details help us stay visible during early-morning or late-night miles, and a zippered waistband pocket securely stashes small essentials. Stripped down but thoughtfully designed, this is the short we trust when performance matters most.
