Winged Liner: Start by applying classic liner; follow lower lash line in an upward angle using side of felt-tip applicator to connect from outer eye toward center of eye in one sweeping motion; use tip of applicator to perfect line on eye
Pro Tip: To achieve a double wing effect, first find where white of eye and iris meet, then extend a second line from this point, keeping it parallel to original line, creating a slightly shorter line for a double wing effect
