- Lipglass Blow Plumping Oil: Evenly coat lips using the contour-hugging applicator. Can be used as a plumping pre-treatment before applying lip color (sold separately). Shape, fill or define before you shine, for maximum fullness. Layer over your favorite lip color (sold separately) for a plumped-up look or under for a sheered-out effect.
