HOW TO USE IT:
- Create a smooth canvas for color with Prep + Prime Lip (sold separately).
- To naturally define lips, start by outlining the Cupid's bow with the lip pencil, then switch to the outer corners of upper lips and draw inward until you connect the lines at the center. To enhance your lips and create a fuller-looking effect, trace along your upper lip line while gradually overlining beyond the natural border of your lips.
- Apply lipstick directly to lips.
- Apply gloss on top of lipstick to add a high-shine effect with intense color.
