When you spend the whole day in mountain boots, the sock is what stands between a great outing and a blister count. The T3 Heavy Trekker runs on Lorpen's signature construction: a hydrophobic yarn against the skin that pulls sweat away, a hydrophilic yarn on the outside that absorbs and spreads it for faster drying, and a durable yarn at the surface that protects the friction zones. Three fibres, three jobs. The over-the-calf height protects the entire top of the boot, and the heavy cushioning absorbs the impact of loaded descents. The anti-compression elastic band adapts to any calf without leaving marks. Long overcalf, thick, and fully padded and reinforced socks, including instep Designed for outdoor activities in cold temperatures Their three-layer construction prevents disagreeable odors and blisters.Features• T3 technology: three yarn layers, each with its own job• Over-the-calf height, built for stiff trekking boots• Heavy cushioning, fully reinforced through the friction zones• Recycled PrimaLoft on thermal duty• Merino wool that holds its warmth even when damp• Nylon made from recovered fishing nets• Anti-compression band that adapts without marking the calf• Comfort Plus: Non-binding cuff technology that makes the sock more comfortable and adapts to all calf sizes.• FIT+: Makes the sock fit every foot and size — no wrinkles, no folds.• SBS Toe Seam: Flat toe seam — no bulges, no pressure.• Multiple Density Knit: Protective padding in pressure areas and open mesh zones to cool the foot.Materials• Technical – 51% Primaloft Recycled• Technical – 31% Red-Cycled Nylon• Technical – 16% RWS Soft Merino• Technical – 2% Lycra• Legal – 51%Polyester 31%Polyamide 16%Wool 2%ElastaneCare• Wash in warm water• Do not tumble dry• Do not bleach• Do not dry clean• Do not ironSpecifications• Height: Over the calf• Reinforcement: Whole sock• Cushioning: Full sock• Season: Winter · Autumn• User: Mountaineers with rigid or semi-rigid boots
